Pharmatail is committed to ensuring your orders reach you swiftly and seamlessly, with complete transparency throughout the shipping process. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after being placed. Orders confirmed before our daily cut-off time (usually 2 PM IST) are processed the same day, while those placed afterwards are handled on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing the estimated delivery date and a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order in real time.
Delivery timelines generally range between 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote or hard to reach areas may require additional transit time, and external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or local restrictions may sometimes lead to longer delivery durations.
We offer both Standard and Expedited shipping options for most orders. The available methods, along with their costs and estimated delivery timelines, are clearly displayed at checkout for your convenience. To ensure safe and timely deliveries, we partner with trusted courier services, including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, XpressBees, and FedEx.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of your order, with exact costs shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Occasionally, we run free shipping promotions, so keep an eye on our website or subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to check the real-time status of your delivery. After the delivery is completed, you may also receive a confirmation email or SMS for your records. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched. In cases where delivery attempts fail due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or a refusal of delivery, the order may be returned to origin (RTO). If reshipment is required, additional shipping charges may apply.
